Congratulations!

It is with great pleasure that I inform you of your selection as the recipient of this year’s Waldenström Lifetime Achievement Award at the 19^th IMS Annual Meeting in Los Angeles, California. This is in recognition of your outstanding contribution to the field of myeloma and a lifetime of commitment and excellence. Your work has spanned the scientific aspects, the clinical care, advocacy, organizational work and so many fundamental guidelines that everyone across the globe is using.  Your efforts and enormous contributions have changed the field. We all as researchers and, more importantly, the patients have been the beneficiaries.

You will be recognized at an awards ceremony on Friday, August 26.
